DELIVERY & PAYMENT

To provide a seamless delivery experience, we’re partnering up with the reliable local courier service, Pathao.

Delivery Charges:

●       Inside Dhaka Metro: 80 TK
Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance payment via bKash.

●       Outside Dhaka Metro: 150 TK
Payment Method: The delivery charge of 150 TK must be paid in advance via bKash to confirm any orders outside Dhaka. The remaining payment can be made in Cash on Delivery or fully in advance via bKash when placing the order.

DELIVERY TIME:

●       Inside Dhaka: 2-5 Working Days

●       Outside Dhaka: 4-8 Working Days

The delivery person will call you before heading out to distribute the products.

Please note, though delays are rare, Dutchman Lifestyle will not be responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
