Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We offer a simple on-the-spot return policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, just hand the product back to the delivery person in its original packaging and condition.

At Dutchman Lifestyle, we give you a 3-day period to report any manufacturing defects or issues with the materials under normal use.

Please note, this doesn’t cover damages caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized handling.

If you spot any issues during the initial check, let us know within 3 days. From there, we’ll arrange for a repair or exchange, whichever works best for you.

CANCELLATION

Once you've placed an order on our website, we’ll reach out to confirm it shortly. If we can’t get in touch with you within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

If you change your mind after confirmation, please let us know right away through our social media channels or by giving us a call. However, if the parcel has already been dispatched when you inform us, you’ll be responsible for covering the delivery charge.

Our delivery team will hold your parcel for a maximum of 3 days. If they’re unable to deliver after 3 consecutive attempts, the parcel will be returned to us, and you’ll need to cover the delivery cost.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 working days.

If you cancel your order after the parcel has been dispatched, or if the cancellation occurs due to unavailability, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders outside Dhaka Metro, the delivery charge paid in advance is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

During the refund process, a deduction for the payment gateway charge will also apply:

  • 2.5% for VISA/MasterCard transactions
  • 3.5% for Amex transactions
  • 1.9% for bKash/Nagad transactions

Please note, we do not provide refunds for damaged products; instead, we offer exchanges or repairs to ensure you get a quality product.
